  • Rental Info, Pickup & Return Policy

    Pickup & Return:
    All rental packages are pickup only. Pickup location is in Overland Park, KS (P.O. Box 23794, 66283). Exact pickup address will be provided upon booking confirmation.

    Rentals must be returned within 24–48 hours of your event unless otherwise arranged.

    Security Deposit:
    A $100 refundable security deposit is required for this rental package. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours of item return provided that:

    • All items are returned

    • No damage or excessive wear is found

    • Items are returned on time

    Deposits are payable at the time of booking.

    Damage or Missing Item Policy:
    Clients are responsible for all rental items during the rental period. A replacement fee will apply for any missing or damaged items. Deposit deductions will be itemized if applicable.

    Cleaning & Care:
    No need to wash or deep clean any items. Simply:

    • Shake out tablecloths and napkins to remove excess debris

    • Discard all used tableware (plates, utensils, drinkware)

    • Return all other décor items listed on your itemized return checklist, including centerpieces, linens, and decorative pieces

    Please pack items carefully to avoid damage during return transport. We handle all specialty cleaning and sanitation after return.
